  • Consult, design, and lead implementation of product customisations for large, complex CDP solutions by gathering use cases, and presenting solutions that articulate the relationship between Data and Customer Relationship Management to both technical and non-technical stakeholders for client teams.

  • Successful in designing integrations with 3rd party platforms such as Emarsys, SFMC, Adobe Analytics, and Trove: 

    • Architectured an integration for a high-end retail client’s new recommerce business unit with Trove’s resale & trade-in platform. With ETL of transactional, inventory, and customer data from the Trove platform, Customer 360 views are enhanced, resulting in new abilities for segmentation reporting of loyal customers who resell or trade-in their items, and revenue reporting for client stakeholders to understand the profitability of the new business stream.

    • Designed and led the completed development of a complex five-week implementation project for a B2B client, integrating existing CDP configurations with new SFMC and Adobe Analytics data feeds by analysing, customising, and enhancing large 3K-5K line BI workflow scripts using SQL, JSON, and Python.

    • Re-designed a previously proposed Emarsys API integration solution which no longer fit the client’s use cases by simplifying data flows using Emarsys Auto-Import features with SFTP and integrating output data with BigQuery. Transparently communicating the need for a redesign resulted in gained trust with the client, ultimately saving a total of 13 weeks in project time completion and reducing overall Acquia incurred costs by $150K. Additionally, this saved the customer from needing to hire additional technical resources to maintain contact lists with Emarsys API, while the SFTP Auto-Import solution keeps the Emarsys platform user-friendly for existing Marketing Analyst end users.

  • Collaborate with product managers and back-end engineers to improve customer experience by sharing first hand customer feedback on gaps and issues they are experiencing.

  • Provide leadership for the Technical Solutions team by performing 3-4 code reviews per month, frequent knowledge sharing presentations, and keeping updated documentation of known issues and guidance on debugging and troubleshooting steps.

  • Design solutions on Database/ Data Warehousing platforms including Snowflake, AWS, GCP and ensure scalability and reliability of ETL/ ELT using Acquia’s API solutions where applicable

  • Accomplished broader non-role related organisational improvements such as advocating to the Chief People Officer for swift change in what was previously an outdated process for disability self-declaration and accommodation requests for employees. In addition, completed an average of 3 OKRs per quarter such as A11y/ accessibility-focused contributions, process automations with python/ bash scripts, and leading cross-departmental technical enablement sessions.

  • Designed and developed a bespoke data analytics platform using BigQuery in 100 billable hours over five months by engineering data from multiple sources of data, including Postgres LTI databases, Canvas course datasets, and daily Google Analytics 4 (GA4) raw event data

  • Integral team member in launching What’s The Sign?TM Apple Store app two months ahead of schedule by providing consultative data insights measuring top-searched American Sign Language  (ASL) signs, ensuring available content is relevant to users and encourages high return user rates

  • Created and implemented 10 new custom JSON web tags in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for detailed Canvas event data and ensuring matching identifiers and tags for relevant event parameters

  • Developed four new datasets with custom calculations to provide key student and teacher activity metrics to operational stakeholders by coding 100-200 lines of SQL per dataset and storing in BigQuery database for future use

  • By generating key data insights on student activity, course success rates, and studentless courses presented in real-time interactive LookerStudio Analytics Dashboards, stakeholders were provided with digestible course data, which immediately resulted in the identification of 120 unused canvas seats, allowing $4,000 in cost savings
